Sales Director for Key Account Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our team in managing key account sales and order processing. As part of the Smartsearch Recruitment Ltd team, you will be responsible for overseeing performance and providing strategic direction to achieve sales targets.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as we continue to grow and expand our services. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to motivate and manage a small team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Internal Sales Executives to manage key account sales and order processing
- Monitor performance and provide strategic direction to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient processes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least [5] years of experience in sales leadership or management
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- An estimated annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
