As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating appointments through outbound calls, sourcing leads, and building relationships with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generating appointments through making outbound calls to prospective businesses
  • Sourcing leads through referrals, website enquiries, social media, and self-generated methods
  • Building relationships with decision-makers to understand the requirements within their business

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a driven mentality, and strong relationship-building skills. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £32,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission.

As a Sales Representative at KPI Recruiting, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Create sales proposals in line with client requirements;
  • Pitch sales face-to-face and via virtual methods, including Zoom and Teams;
  • Deliver excellent service to clients to strengthen relationships and maximise referral opportunities;
  • Manage your own pipeline using a CRM database;
