Communications Manager - 6 Month FTC

We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join our team on a 6 month basis. As a key member of our Business Development and Marketing department, you will play a vital role in promoting our firm's profile and driving engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality communications campaigns and outputs, working closely with sectors across the firm.
  • Progress our business presence in new channels, such as podcasts and videos.
  • Manage our social media schedule and improve audience engagement through high-quality content.
  • Oversee the overall appearance of our website.
  • Draft key communications, including intros, conclusions, news releases, and CTAs.
  • Position communications effectively by understanding our client base and targets.
  • Manage internal communications.
  • Support the HR team with recruitment campaign communications.
  • Coach colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Degree level or equivalent industry experience, preferably with a Marketing or CIM qualification.
  • Proven marketing or communications experience, ideally in a professional services organisation.
