Midwife with Holistic Care Expertise

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Midwife to join our team at the Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 6 Midwife, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, family-centered care to women and their babies in various settings, including hospital, birth center, and community environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide holistic midwifery care to women and babies in antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods.
- Manage individual caseloads, clients, and/or ward areas, ensuring effective and efficient care delivery.
- Deputize for the Band 7 in all clinical areas, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license.
- Registered Midwife with Practising Midwife status.
- Maintained up-to-date professional portfolio.
- Training in obstetric emergencies.
- Teaching/Mentoring qualification.
- Obtained or studying towards degree level (or diploma with equivalent experience).
