Job Title: Regional Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Regional Occupational Therapist to join our team at Exemplar Health Care.

Job Summary:

As a Regional Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to our residents across multiple sites in Liverpool. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address residents' goals and objectives
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to promote independence, mobility, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:

  • Registered Occupational Therapist with a valid UK registration
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in dementia care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel between multiple sites
