About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at RecruitmentRevolution. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing department, you will be responsible for driving our company's growth and engagement on LinkedIn, as well as providing general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Manager and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our LinkedIn presence
  • Actively manage our LinkedIn profile, as well as key stakeholder's profiles
  • Engage with followers and potential leads by liking, commenting, and interacting with posts
  • Monitor and report on LinkedIn performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager, and wider team, to create and schedule content that aligns with company goals and campaigns
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Manager in initiatives including events, conferences, branding, creative design, content writing, and website support
  • Support general office tasks and collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth workflow in a small, but growing, company environment
  • Be a brand guardian at all times and represent the Sales & Marketing department when key members of staff may not be available
About You

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for social media and a creative flair, especially with words. Previous experience in a marketing role, or similar, is desirable. You should be comfortable multitasking between digital marketing and administrative duties in a dynamic environment. Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Illustrator), or similar creative design tools is also desirable.
