Senior Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive - TTL to join our team at Holland and Barrett. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving customer-focused communications that align with our brand proposition and support business growth.
This role involves managing and delivering TTL customer-led campaigns on time, ensuring positive ROI. You will oversee the creation and delivery of campaign briefs, total media planning, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that meet business objectives.
- Manage and coordinate cross-channel marketing activities, including ATL production.
- Ensure creative integration across all marketing channels.
- Liaise with marketing teams to align content with the business plan.
- Support SMEs in tactical planning and monitor campaign results against set KPIs.
- Attend key meetings and support cross-channel marketing plans for H&B App objectives.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
Location: Nuneaton, with a hybrid model allowing 2-3 days on-site work per week.
The Ideal Candidate:- An experienced Marketing Professional with a strong background in TTL marketing.
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
