Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality support to tenants
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate
  • Monitoring customer complaints and resolving any potential issues

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of residential management and community outreach principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
