Higher Level Learning Support Assistant

Elidyr Communities Trust is seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Learning Support team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the educational experience of our learners.
About the RoleThis is a critical position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to promoting educational excellence. As a Higher Level Learning Support Assistant, you will work under the guidance of the Head of Education, coordinating and supervising the Learning Support Worker team to ensure high-quality educational support throughout the organization.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the Learning Support Worker team to ensure effective delivery of educational support services.
- Coordinate and supervise daily educational activities, ensuring high-quality support for learners.
- Work closely with the Head of Education to develop and implement educational programs and strategies.
- Provide administrative and procedural support to the Head of Education as required.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or mentorship role within an educational setting, preferably with special needs learners.
- Relevant qualifications in education, special education, or a related field.
- Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to promoting educational excellence.
