About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with meal preparation and cooking, including basic cooking skills.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Engage in conversation and provide emotional support to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or above.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Basic cooking skills and ability to prepare simple meals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
