Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to residents with acquired brain injuries, promoting independence and confidence.
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
- Support residents with behavioral challenges, using positive communication and de-escalation techniques.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.75.
- A comprehensive training program, including care certificate and Level 2 qualifications.
