We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at We Change Lives, a charity dedicated to empowering individuals with acquired brain injuries. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to our residents, helping them to lead purposeful lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents with acquired brain injuries, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Support residents with behavioral challenges, using positive communication and de-escalation techniques.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
