About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Deputy Manager to join our team at our Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) care home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in care delivery and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and care staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to drive continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive work environment that fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement
About the Service

Our ABI care home provides 24-hour nursing care, respite, and daycare services to individuals with acquired brain injuries. Our home features a range of amenities, including a private garden, sensory room, and on-site laundry. We pride ourselves on providing a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers our residents to live fulfilling lives.

Requirements
  • Qualified Nurse (RMN, RGN or RLDN)
  • 3 years of previous nurse / clinical lead experience
