About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Nurse to join our team at Chapel House in Winsford. As a Night Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with acquired brain injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of care in accordance with government and CQC regulations
  • Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure safe medication management
  • Provide complex care, medication management, seizure handling, and specialized care such as stoma, tracheostomy, and catheter care
  • Contribute to person-centered planning and celebrate the personal growth of our residents
