About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Inclusive Learning Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide targeted support to children with special educational needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting all learners. They will be able to collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt activities for individual learning needs, facilitate one-on-one and small group sessions, and support classroom management.
The Inclusive Learning Support Specialist will work closely with the SEN team to implement personalised support plans, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to succeed.
Requirements
Experience supporting children with SEN is highly desirable, especially with ASD, ADHD, or SEMH. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting all learners.
They will be able to follow Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt approaches as needed, with a genuine enthusiasm for inclusive education and creating equal opportunities.
