Requirements Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Requirements Engineer to join our team at Electus Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for documenting, analysing, and tracing requirements, as well as communicating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Document and analyse requirements to ensure adherence to client objectives and consistency.
- Interpret Use Cases and facilitate scoping and priority-setting for change initiatives.
- Select appropriate techniques for eliciting detailed requirements and drive the requirements elicitation process.
- Investigate and apply changes to programme scope, assessing and analysing their impact on business requirements.
You will have experience working as a Systems/Requirements Engineer/Manager, with knowledge of Defence and experience using DOORS. You will also have an understanding of sustaining a capability throughout its life, including support solutions, safety, and environmental management.
Desirable/Preferred:- Military background or similar MOD experience.
- Incorporated/chartered engineering status.
Hybrid work with some time in Cheltenham, permanent role with salary negotiable.
