About the opportunity: We are seeking a Requirements Manager to join our client's team, who will be responsible for taking Capability Requirements and developing them into User Requirements. This role will also involve maintaining alignment and coherence of the Systems Requirements within the programme. The ideal candidate will be the custodian of the "Golden Thread": the unbroken, top-down linkage of requirements from Defence policy to DLoD outputs.

Key responsibilities:
