About the Position

Senceive Ltd is looking for a highly skilled Wireless Monitoring Technician to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers ahead of, during, and after new project installations, replacements, and changes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably in an engineering or technical environment. You will be responsible for clarifying technical requirements, setting up monitoring diagrams, attending site visits, and assisting with fault diagnosis and reduction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Clarify customer technical requirements
  • Set up monitoring diagrams and users
  • Attend site visits as required
  • Assist with fault diagnosis and reduction

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience in an engineering or technical environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
