Senior Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner - Head of Department

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to lead our Residential Conveyancing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of conveyancers and ensuring the smooth delivery of conveyancing services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential conveyancing, with experience in managing a team and overseeing the conveyancing process from inception to completion. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of conveyancers to ensure the efficient delivery of conveyancing services
  • Overseeing the conveyancing process from inception to completion, including registered and unregistered conveyancing, freehold and leasehold conveyancing, and re-mortgages
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the conveyancing department
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Land Registry Act
