Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to manage our Residential Conveyancing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all types of conveyancing matters from inception through to post-completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of conveyancing solicitors and fee earners
  • Oversee all types of conveyancing matters, including registered and unregistered, freehold and leasehold, new build and shared ownership
  • Handle re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and help to buy transactions
  • Prepare and submit Land Registry applications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
