Our Conveyancing Team

We have a highly experienced and respected Conveyancing team that strives to deliver outstanding client services. Our team members are experts in their field and work collaboratively to achieve exceptional results.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Conveyancing and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake fee-earning work, working both independently and as a member of the team.
  • Maintain existing relationships with clients and assist in developing new relationships with third-party referrers.
  • Work closely with other departments within the firm on joint projects.
  • Participate in the growth and future development of the department, assisting in building the client base and marketing the Firm's services.
  • Comply with the Firm's policies in the carrying out of duties and assist Partners and other fee earners in achieving a smooth output of work.
  • Achieve agreed financial targets, both in respect of fee income and the recording of chargeable hours.
  • Adhere to all FJG policies, procedures, and requirements, including maintaining the client database and following compliance regulations.
  • Keep legal knowledge up to date and continue personal and professional development.
Requirements
  • Law degree and other relevant qualification, such as the LPC.
  • Experience of working within a law firm.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Good level of IT competency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
