Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Quality Specialist to join our team in Newport. As a key member of the quality department, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and quality control across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review customer performance monthly to ensure high standards are met.
  • Drive scrap and rework reduction through process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure smooth transfer of new products into production.
  • Support auditors in ensuring compliance with quality management system requirements.
