Key Responsibilities:- Collect outstanding debts through phone, email, and letter
- Manage customer credit limits and accounts
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Conduct regular risk assessments on aged debt
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Credit Manager
- Refer bad debts and problem accounts promptly
- At least 2 years of experience in Credit Control
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
