Are you a passionate and dedicated individual looking to make a difference in the lives of students with complex needs and disabilities?

This role involves supporting pupils aged 11 to 19 in a large specialist SEN school, working across multiple classes, providing one-to-one support, and delivering sensory curriculum-based learning activities.

We are looking for an experienced teaching assistant who can provide physical support, help with communication and interpersonal skills, and promote happiness and self-reliance in our students.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting children with SEN requirements, additional needs, or disabilities, including experience with PECS, Makaton, BSL, or other communication methods.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
