Job DescriptionBSL SEN Teaching Assistant | ASAP Start
Ribbons & Reeves is looking for a skilled BSL SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be working in a welcoming Special Education Needs School in a desirable location.
As a BSL specialist, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to providing inclusive education. You will have access to Continued Professional Development (CPD) opportunities to expand your skills and work in a positive and engaging environment with motivated students.
About the Role:
  • Support deaf children with language challenges in a 1:1 or small group setting.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the child's educational needs are met.
  • Develop your skills and make a lasting impact on the child's life.

Requirements:
  • A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a recognised UK University.
  • British Sign Language (BSL) Level 3 or higher certification.
  • Experience supporting deaf children.
