About the Role

Job Description
  • Support children in play and learning activities, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Contribute to everyday care routines such as meal and sleep times, promoting a sense of routine and security for our young learners.
  • Observe and record children's development, planning individualised learning plans using our online Tapestry system.
  • Establish positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.

  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
