About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Nescot. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children in their learning and development, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children in play and learning activities, including everyday care routines such as meal and sleep times.
  • Observe and record children's development, planning to meet their individual needs using our online Tapestry system.
  • Establish positive relationships with parents and carers, following Company procedures and policies.
