Job Title: Clinical Assessor - Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Paramedicine, and Physiotherapy

About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced nursing, occupational therapy, paramedicine, and physiotherapy professionals to join our team as Clinical Assessors. As a Clinical Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing the health and well-being of our clients, providing accurate and comprehensive reports to support their benefit claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, gathering relevant information and data to inform your reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Produce high-quality, accurate, and comprehensive reports that meet the required standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Physiotherapist with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex information.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
