We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Media Buyer to join our fast-growing recruitment media buying agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of three Account Executives, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Negotiate and purchase media to deliver top-notch service and satisfaction to our clients.
  • Coach and mentor a team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
