Traditional Media Buying Lead

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Traditional Media Buying Lead to join our fast-growing recruitment media buying agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of three Account Executives, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
  • Oversee and manage the negotiation, purchasing, and monitoring of advertising contracts across traditional media channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners
  • Onboard and establish relationships with new traditional media partners
  • Drive continuous improvements in team processes and operational efficiencies while collaborating with internal teams
