  • Oversee the negotiation, purchase, and monitoring of recruitment advertising contracts, ensuring effective media buying strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate media buying strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, ensuring effective communication and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging media channels, and market conditions to support media buying strategies.
  • Onboard new traditional media partners and provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Represent the organisation at networking, partnership, and publisher events.
  • Able to navigate conversations, present ideas, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.
  • Take responsibility for the continuous improvement and development of team processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and high-quality output.

Requirements:

  • Experience in traditional recruitment platforms or in a role that involves negotiating and purchasing job board contracts.
  • Experience of managing, mentoring, supporting, and coaching others.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and support others in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favourable terms and rates.

Location: Surbiton, SW London (10 minutes by train from Clapham Junction)

Salary: c.£45k pa
