Job Description

Kudos Services is a leading Facilities Management company operating within the Healthcare Sector, delivering high-quality services to its clients. We are seeking an experienced Supervising Engineer to join our London team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within Building Services and effectively leading a team of Engineers. The essential qualifications for this role include:

  • A recognized training qualification in Electrical engineering (City & Guilds/ONC/HNC/BTEC in an Electrical discipline).
  • HTM related training.
  • IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (highly desirable).

This role offers a competitive salary up to £51,000 per annum, performance-related bonuses, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm, 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays, Company vehicle and fuel card, and Employee Assistance Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day supervision of Engineers & liaison with the Technical Manager.
  • Ensuring statutory compliance, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Acting as AP in appropriate disciplines.
  • Implementing mechanical, electrical, and fabric PPM in accordance with O&M Manuals and service levels.
  • Working with H&S compliance teams to ensure Health and Safety Regulations & Statutory Obligations.
  • Financial Management elements such as PO approvals & authorisations.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to Helpdesk & wider teams.
