About the Role

As a Care Assistant with Alina Homecare, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Our Support Worker jobs in Weymouth and surrounding areas are diverse and challenging, requiring a high level of flexibility and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend appointments with clients to provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Accompany clients to day centres and social activities to promote social interaction and community engagement.
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing, to maintain their independence.
  • Support clients with medication management, including administering medication and collecting prescriptions.
  • Prepare healthy meals for clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients with shopping and budgeting to ensure they have access to essential items.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a caring and compassionate individual who is able to build strong relationships with clients. You will also need to be flexible and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
