**Job Summary:** Teaching and Learning Associate

**Location:** Brent, London

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching and Learning Associate to join our team at a mainstream primary school in Brent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and learning.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other staff members to support students with their learning and development. They will adapt learning materials and activities to meet the unique needs of students with SEN, such as autism or ADHD.

This role involves tracking and monitoring student progress, working closely with the SENCO to develop and review individualised support plans. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess a genuine commitment to supporting their well-being and academic growth.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Support students with their learning and development
  • Adapt learning materials and activities for students with SEN
  • Monitor student progress and work with the SENCO

**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
