At Burton and South Derbyshire College, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Progress Coach - Maternity Cover. This fixed-term position is up to one year in duration and will involve working on a full-time basis, 37 hours per week, during term time.

The successful candidate will join our collaborative team, working closely with both curriculum and support teams to deliver high-quality educational programs. They will be responsible for supporting and guiding learners in their academic and personal development, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to learners and staff.
