About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dietitian to join our Nutrition and Dietetic service in AWP. This role will be based with the MDT at the Victoria Centre in Swindon, with travel to Devizes to provide cover for the inpatient ward on the Green Lane Hospital site.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Dietitian to work with Adults of Working Age (AOWA) with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar, and Older Adults with Dementia. You will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced multidisciplinary team and receive support from the Nutrition and Dietetics team based at the hospital and our trust-wide highly specialist Dietitians.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing, maintaining, and developing a clinical dietetic service within AWP.
  • Plan, justify, and be responsible for the delivery of specialised dietary advice to service users and their families/carers.
  • Plan, manage, and prioritise own clinical workload and ensure maximum efficiency in all areas.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver nutrition/dietetic training for professional and support staff.
  • Participate in dietetic student training.
