Payroll Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our payroll team as a Payroll Support Specialist. This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity for 12 months, based at our head office in Pembridge, Herefordshire.

As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for supporting daily administration tasks, including data entry and processing of employee information.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the payroll team with daily administration tasks
  • Processing employee information, including inputting data and updating records
  • Providing excellent customer service to employees and other stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:

  • Life insurance
  • Pension scheme
  • 25 days annual leave
