Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Assistant to join our team. As a Home Support Assistant, you will work closely with our clients, providing them with support and care in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Assisting with medication administration
- Providing housekeeping and laundry services
- Keeping accurate records of client care and support
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to handle challenging situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- The right to work in the UK
