Creative Support is a leading national third sector social care organisation, dedicated to delivering high-quality and meaningful services to the people we support.

The Learning Disability Service in Stratford is seeking a compassionate and flexible individual to provide person-centred relief support to people living at our new development.

Our bespoke service of townhouses offers Supported Living opportunities for people with a learning disability. As a relief support worker, you will support tenants to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence through tailored care and support.

You will work to make a positive difference in the tenants' lives, promoting their independence at every step, and enabling them to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life. You will also inspire the people we support to enjoy opportunities for personal development and engagement within their local communities.

Experience is essential for all relief roles. As a Creative Support staff member, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in Stratford or any area of the country. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
