About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Business Development Manager to join our team at Pride Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK government, military, and law enforcement sectors.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Cyber Security industry.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to customers.
    • Forecast sales and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Manage and grow existing Tier 1 customer relationships.
    • Act as a point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular customer reviews and identify opportunities for growth.
    • Network and build relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Sales Administration & Process
    • Monitor and manage customer invoices and payments.
    • Support marketing campaigns and company events to drive revenue growth.
    • Develop and execute sales plans and processes.
    • Embody the company's values and mission in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Cyber Security industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
