Car Sales Specialist

A leading privately owned dealer group in Luton seeks an ambitious Car Sales Executive to drive sales growth and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in meeting the company's sales targets while maintaining exceptional levels of customer care.
Your primary responsibilities will include selling new and used vehicles, promoting finance and insurance products, and ensuring seamless handovers of sold vehicles. As a skilled communicator, you will effectively engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
To succeed in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in car sales, ideally within a franchised dealership setting. Your proficiency in handling multiple sales leads, negotiating complex deals, and maintaining accurate records will be essential.
This highly rewarding opportunity includes an OTE of £50,000 per annum, based on 20 units per month, plus a comprehensive package of benefits, including a company car, private health insurance, and pension plan. Working hours will be standard Monday to Friday, with every other Sunday as a day off.
