About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Sales Professional to join our team at Green Recruitment Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic account management and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a sales specialist within our business sales processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders to secure deals with target customers.

  • Progress qualified sales opportunities in our existing pipeline with target customers, leveraging your expertise to close deals and drive revenue growth.

  • Understand the needs and requirements of prospective and existing customers from a commercial point of view, including pricing, deal structure, and contracting.

  • Work closely with our in-house legal specialist to contract with successful customer opportunities, ensuring future growth and up-sell opportunities.

  • Collaborate with our marketing department to increase awareness of our company's brand, product offering, and value proposition among our target customers.

Requirements:
  • A versatile, forward-thinking, and solution-driven commercial professional with a proven track record in closing deals, particularly in solution selling.

  • Experience in commercial contracting and/or pricing, with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS technology sales for emerging software products.
