This role provides an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a professional and dedicated reception service, answering the switchboard in an efficient and professional manner, and greeting visitors ensuring all names and details are logged and recorded in the visitor's book on reception.
The ideal candidate will have extensive reception experience, good communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team. They will also possess smart, presentable appearance, use of own initiative, and be personable, approachable and able to work as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary of £23,000, 25 days holiday + BH, Flex Benefits, Company Sick Pay, and a chance to develop an understanding of EFS in order to improve personal contribution to the company and all staff interacted with.

Job Responsibilities
- Answering the switchboard in an efficient and professional manner
- Greeting visitors and logging their details in the visitor's book
- Maintaining the Premier House telephone extension list and ensuring all appropriate staff are provided with an up-to-date copy
- Updating notice boards with internal announcements and current vacancies
- Providing back-up cover for the Post Room in periods of absence or sickness
- Assisting with meeting room bookings, ordering refreshments and making tea and coffee when required
- Overseeing the buildings archive storage room and ensuring it is kept tidy
- Developing an understanding of EFS in order to improve personal contribution to the company and all staff interacted with
Requirements

- Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Lotus Notes
