Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Lead to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our civil construction projects in Eastern England, ensuring that all construction work is delivered to the highest standard, meeting the required deadlines and within budget.

Your main duties will include co-ordinating the activities of construction and associated works, managing site teams, and maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of rail engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
