Estate Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estate Maintenance Specialist to join our team at South Yorkshire Housing Association. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality communal gardening service to our housing stock, using a range of petrol-driven machinery. This will include waste management, litter picking, and fly tipping removals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a communal gardening service to all our housing stock using petrol-driven machinery.
- Carry out waste management, litter picking, and fly tipping removals.
- Perform PAT testing of electrical items within communal areas and households.
- Deliver and develop high standards of estate services.
Requirements:
- A full and current UK driving licence.
- Commitment to service delivery in a flexible manner.
