Role Overview: As a Retail Assistant Manager at EG On The Move PFS, you will be responsible for leading our petrol forecourt station team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

About the Position:

  • Lead a team to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision and inventory management
  • Assist with staff training and development to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is between £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement savings plan.
