Corporate Tax Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Strategy Lead to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Corporate Tax department, you will play a crucial role in providing expert tax advice to our clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the preparation of technical and financial assessments for R&D tax relief claims
- Identify R&D projects and expenditure through participation in technical and financial discussions with clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including CEOs, finance directors, and technical directors
- Collaborate with our specialist teams to deliver wider business solutions
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations
- Proven experience in R&D tax relief services or industry equivalent
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications, such as CTA and/or ACA
