About the Role

The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients. This includes managing a team of operations staff, coordinating logistics, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of operations staff to deliver services to clients
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of services

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in operations management, preferably in the events or sports industryStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesKnowledge of logistics and supply chain management
