Graduate Geotechnical Engineer Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our specialist team in Hertfordshire. As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will assist with site walkovers, writing factual and interpretive reports, carrying out soil and rock logging, groundwater and gas monitoring, trial pitting, and observing day-to-day tasks to develop your knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct site walkovers and write reports on geological and geotechnical conditions.
  2. Carry out soil and rock logging, groundwater and gas monitoring, and trial pitting.
  3. Assist with phase 1 desk studies and observe day-to-day tasks to develop your skills.

Requirements:

  1. Hold a minimum of a BSc in geology, geotechnical engineering, or geoscience.
  2. Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
  3. Live in or be commutable to Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
