We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Practitioner to join our team in Luton. As a Senior Practitioner within the Children with Disabilities Team, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload and making a positive impact on children, young people, and families in the town.

About the Role:
• The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering information, completing professional assessments of need and risk, and critically analyzing relevant information to coordinate a multi-agency approach.
• You will collaborate with other professionals and agencies to achieve optimal outcomes for children and young people, building positive relationships through promoting participation and direct work.
• As a Senior Practitioner, you will provide witness statements for court when required and take personal responsibility for your professional development and reflective practice.
