About the Role

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who has a background in working with pupils and young people who present with challenging behaviours due to their additional needs. Experience in supporting pupils and young people with Autism and additional needs would be ideal for the role and individuals with this experience would be suited to join our team at Maple Grove School.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support our teachers to provide high quality teaching of a range of subjects, and help ensure the effective delivery of the school's curriculum. Colleagues at Maple Grove are encouraged to take a creative approach, seeking ways to positively engage with and motivate pupils through lessons that promote learning and raise levels of attainment.
